The Roots Track is a one-year program designed to grow healthy disciples of Jesus and members of His body. If interested, please read through the attached application, fill out this form, and a Roots Track leader will be in touch regarding next steps!

I take seriously God’s call on my life as a disciple of Jesus (Luke 9.23-24, Matthew 28.18-20) and endeavor to grow in believing God’s Word, becoming like Jesus and being lead by the Holy Spirit.

I have committed to PGC as my home church (attending regularly, desire to grow).

I am willing and able to commit to the full year of the Roots Track.

I am available to attend the kick-off dinner and at least 20 of the 25 Wednesday night meetings.

I will complete assigned homework to the best of my ability.
